In October 2022, Prem Rawat’s recent world tour landed him in Malaysia where he spoke to a variety of audiences about the quest for personal peace. During that time, he was interviewed by Datuk Yong Soo Heong, the former Editor-In-Chief of the Malaysian National News Agency, Bernama.

Their far-ranging 29-minute conversation covered a lot of ground, including the following topics: living life consciously, the quest for personal peace,  mental well-being, the importance of self-reflection, gratitude, human potential, making every moment count, the mindset of public servants, going beyond fear, the war in the mind, patience, and the successes of two of his foundation’s signature programs, Food for People and the Peace Education Program.
