It’s all too easy to start thinking about happiness. It’s all too easy to start thinking about what love means. But these things, happiness, joy, love, clarity, these things are feelings. And they cannot be felt by thinking about it—but they need to be truly felt as they are, within you.

Self Knowledge is about knowing your self, about feeling what you are about. Up till now, maybe we have tried to define everything. But it is time to now feel, and not get caught in definitions, but understand the feeling of the self.
